Houseparent

Houseparents are the backbone of Boys and Girls Country, building vital relationships with our children and raising them as their own. Being a Houseparent at Boys and Girls Country is a calling—it requires full-time attention, with Houseparents living onsite and working a 14 day on/7 day off rotation.

Skilled Maintenance, Full Time

Join us in making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young adults at Boys and Girls Country. We are seeking a Skilled Maintenance professional who will help create and maintain a safe, beautiful, and functional campus where our residents can thrive. This full-time role is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to use your skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance to support a Christ-centered mission.
