As a Houseparent, you will live on campus and serve as a parental figure to a cottage of children (ages 5-18), providing emotional, spiritual, and academic support. You will work alongside a Home Life team to create a nurturing home that fosters faith, personal growth, and life skills.
Houseparent Aides build vital relationships with our children and assists the Houseparent Couple and Houseparent Relief with daily commitment to the welfare, health, education, and spiritual development of our children. The specific responsibilities of the include, but are not limited to parenting, teaching, role modeling, and providing safety to the residents assigned to you.
